Shipping

We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Pre-Payment options for product delivery, applicable both inside and outside Dhaka.

Generally, your product is prepared for shipping from our warehouse within 1-2 working days after the order confirmation.

The shipping charge depends on your delivery location. A specific charge applies Inside Dhaka, and a different charge applies Outside Dhaka. The exact cost will be displayed on the checkout page when you place your order.

Yes, absolutely. Once your order is prepared for shipping, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you via email/SMS.

We usually cannot guarantee a specific date. However, if you make a special request, we will try to coordinate with our delivery partner.

Shipping costs are generally based on the total weight or size of the order. However, in many cases, the same flat rate applies for multiple products below a certain weight limit.

If you contact us quickly before the order is processed, changing the address may be possible. Once it is out for shipping, it cannot be changed.

If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), you must pay the total order value plus the shipping cost upon receipt. There are no other hidden fees.

Warrenty Claim

The warranty period is 1 Year, starting from the original date of purchase.

The warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and failures resulting from faulty materials or workmanship under normal usage.

You will need your Proof of Purchase, such as a sales receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

  • Liquid damage, drops, or physical abuse.

  • Normal wear and tear, especially common with cables and connectors.

After verifying the defect, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent.

For accessories, the warranty covers internal electrical faults (e.g., failure to charge). It does not cover physical damage such as tearing, fraying, or stress damage caused by bending.

The warranty covers battery failure or rapid capacity loss due to manufacturing defects. However, the natural decrease in battery performance over time due to normal use is not covered.

The customer is typically responsible for the initial cost of shipping the product back to us. If the product is confirmed to be defective and covered by the warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.

The processing time depends on the nature of the issue. Generally, diagnosis and replacement can take between 7 to 14 business days once we receive the product.

Delivery

Inside Dhaka: 2-3 working days. Outside Dhaka: 3-7 working days. However, the time might be slightly longer in special situations (e.g., public holidays or natural disasters).

The delivery person will contact you. You can ask them to hand over the parcel to someone else on your behalf or request delivery for the next day.

Our delivery partners usually suspend delivery operations on Fridays and government holidays.

While the delivery person is present, you can only check for external damage to the box. If there is any internal issue, action will be taken according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Please check the status using your tracking number. If you still face issues, contact our Customer Service immediately. We will resolve the matter promptly.

If you find any defect or receive the wrong product after delivery, contact us within the specified days of receiving the delivery. Action will be taken following our Return Policy.

Once the order has been shipped out, changing the delivery location is extremely difficult. Please contact us immediately for any changes regarding this.

We use various leading courier services in the country based on reliability and efficiency. The courier's name will be mentioned in the tracking information upon shipping.

Generally, all products in an order are delivered together. If shipping occurs in multiple packages for some reason, you will be informed beforehand.

If your pre-paid order is not delivered or is canceled for any reason, your full amount will be refunded within a specified timeframe according to our Refund Policy.

No, for a return to be valid, the product must be Unused, with the seal intact, and in a resaleable condition. Used or damaged products are not eligible for return.

Once your return request is authorized, we will send you the specific warehouse address via email or SMS. The product must be securely packaged and shipped to that location.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the shipping cost. Otherwise (e.g., change of mind or wrong order placement), the return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

Return

The refund process starts after the item is successfully received and inspected at our end. Refunds generally take 7 to 10 working days to be completed.

Refunds are typically transferred to your provided Bank Account or Mobile Banking (e.g., bKash/Nagad) account. We do not provide cash refunds.

Yes, if the wrong product is delivered, we will arrange for an immediate exchange with the correct item, subject to stock availability. If the stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

No. You must provide the Purchase Invoice/Proof of Purchase or order confirmation as evidence to process any return or refund. No process can be initiated without the invoice.
