**Note on Shipping:** Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of the product to Bioxous. We cover the cost of shipping the replacement unit back to you.
The warranty period is 1 Year, starting from the original date of purchase.
The warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects and failures resulting from faulty materials or workmanship under normal usage.
You will need your Proof of Purchase, such as a sales receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
Liquid damage, drops, or physical abuse.
Normal wear and tear, especially common with cables and connectors.

After verifying the defect, we will, at our sole discretion, either repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent.
For accessories, the warranty covers internal electrical faults (e.g., failure to charge). It does not cover physical damage such as tearing, fraying, or stress damage caused by bending.
The warranty covers battery failure or rapid capacity loss due to manufacturing defects. However, the natural decrease in battery performance over time due to normal use is not covered.
The customer is typically responsible for the initial cost of shipping the product back to us. If the product is confirmed to be defective and covered by the warranty, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement unit back to the customer.
The processing time depends on the nature of the issue. Generally, diagnosis and replacement can take between 7 to 14 business days once we receive the product.
